 Lugol's solution/iodine and fertility
Does anyone know the link between the two? Some sources say it reduces your sperm count and the size of your testicles. Others say that it increases your fertility. And yeah I mean ingesting it.
Oh, I guess it's more of a RI question, but I figured this forum would be more knowledgeable about it.
Are there any other effects of taking Lugol's solution at high doses? (up to 50mg per day)
