Is it ok to take a regular dose of Xanax while on Adderall? (I'm thinking maybe .5mg(?) about 2-3 hrs after taking 20-30 mg of adderall)

I have to give a huge presentation next week for 40% of my grade and I seriously suck at public speaking, I dread it, I experience practically all the worst symptoms of speech anxiety.

I've heard that xanax is supposed to really help with it so I was thinking about getting one from my friend's g/f whom I think is addicted to them. I'd ask my doc but he's on vacation for the next month, rich bastard

I know that not taking my Adderall helps a little, but I have a huge physics exam right before so that's not an option. I've tried taking a couple shots of alcohol to help loosen me up and it worked a little, but my professor found out and she said she's going to smell my breath to make sure I didn't do it this time. :(

I'd appreciate any advice anyone can give me.

Are you in college? Alcohol on breath before presentation and all she does is make sure you don't do it again?

Aces N 8S, I guess I could do that, but I've tried asking a couple pharmacists a similar type question before and they knew about as much as I did. It seems like a pharmacists job nowadays is just to count pills and deal with insurance companies. They're not so much the chemists that the pharmacists of yesteryear were. Maybe I can find one that actually knows about the drugs he dispenses.

Well, I had to give my presentation today, and Holy Shit...
I was so unprepared; I finished my PowerPoint 10 minutes after class had started, got there 20 minutes late, and it was my time to go as soon as I walked in. I hadn't practiced at all or even went over what I was going to say. But I got up there and probably gave the best presentation/speech ever. I didn't studder or lose my train of thought/blank out once, didn't get cotton mouth, and actually made good eye contact.

I guess I'm a little late, but yeah it's safe.

I always finish up my adderall aided study sessions with xannax so I'll fall asleep at night. Usually .5mg isn't quit enough though.

I find that getting a good night sleep before an exam is almost as important as studying. Hell, I just snorted some adderall a couple of minutes ago to study for a quiz. Adderall is passing college, not me :p.
