Im getting a 10 mg fent patch . Im 130 lbs. I got no clue if its a flat one or the one with the gel. What would be an appropriate dose for each?

I got no ope tolerance since my 6 month break so im @ zero tolerance. Can someone answer my question? (stupid noob, please enlighten me with your wisdom!!)

i've only done fent that has the gel. 10mg patches are the biggest ones right, 100ug/hr? Cut off a tiny corner, say the size of a quarter or so maybe? Peel off the hard plastic and put it under your tongue.

or if you want to smoke, cut off a corner of the patch and start squeezing the gel onto some foil. if you don't have too much of a tolerance honestly i'd only hit it a few times....

notice how i approximate it...fentanyl, especially when used recreationally is really hard to gauge your doses...you just gotta go with it until you feel good enough. remember you can always take more, but once you take too much..

I don't know how many hundreds of people I've had to say this to, but one more means nothing, DON'T FUCK WITH THESE PATCHES!!!!! My mom has been on them for years. I tried them twice, first time I ended up with the worst fucking headache ever, the second time almost was my last. People don't realize that this shit is nearly 100 times more potent than morphine. I can't even begin to tell you how many people die over this shit every year. Of course there's lots of people who used it recreationally and are still around to tell about it, but this shit was NOT made for opiate addicts like me and you, it was made for people who are almost dead anyway. NOT WORTH FUCKING WITH.

personally i'd squeeze every last drop of the gel into a twack pipe smoke it dry and pray to catch at least something close to a nod

maybe i just have a high tolerance though
