i get paranoid for literally no fucking reason
anybody know any drugs that help where i wouldnt need a prescription? i dont have health care so im sorta screwed til i move.

xanax always chills my paranoia, then again so does alcohol..

id have to say for most easilly obtainable, alcohol. it will calm you down and make your everyday stress and paranoia be forgot. dont get shitfaced but a drink or 2 to make you content and more relaxed should help with paranoia.

but if you get to drunk you might do something stupid and that will give you something to be paranoid about when you sober up.

If you have been awake on adderall for 48 hours you can expect to be paranoid.

if u can find some codeine then that might work a little. but in the US its only by prescription so you probly will have a hard tme with that ne-way.

as far as OTC goes, nyquil and similar shit will make you fuckin tired but i dont think it will make you less paranoid.


benzo's and opiates work best, but those need prescriptions. maybe try and score some off friends.
