Default Benzo Question

I've been taking Valium (prescribed to me) for about 3 1/2 years, in the past few month it's been upped to 3x a day with Librax (for stomach spasms) also 3x a day.

Lately I've been feeling sick to my stomach, and still all panic attack-ish...also headaches, and I rarely get headaches. I think the pills aren't working anymore or something.

Anyone have any ideas, or for a temporary fix on the situation?

EDIT: I also have these killer pains in my calves. I haven't done anything more strenuous than usual, nothing in my job has changed or my lifestyle.

Your doctor is shit. It's bad enough to keep a patient on Valium for 3 1/2 years, but now he's adding another CNS depressant onto it? I mean, shit that's fun recreationally, but everyday 3x a day? Plus, I guarantee that your doctor is doing something that he knows he shouldn't. He's not actually treating your problems he's just masking them with depressants. My advice would be to find another doctor who is more interested in treating the actual causes of your ailments. It's very possible that your tolerance has increased enough to where the pills aren't working for you, but increasing your dosage is just digging yourself into a deeper hole.

^Agreed. You need to talk to a different doctor, and explain to him/her everything you explained to us. We are not proffessionals, and thats who you need to speak to. If I were you I would do it asap. Taking that much valium isnt healthy.
