I am looking for a legal and safe empathogen that i can take everyday and doesnt have negative side effects (i.e. you cant take mdma everyday) or interact with ssri drugs because i just love those feelings i receive from mdma and i was also on sertraline for a good amount of time and it made me feel like that too, but i dont like sertraline for what i was using it for.

i have found that sertraline produces a lot of the confidence and good vibes that mdma does, daily, but, as i said before, i dont take it for that, so is there anything else that isnt psychoactive but produces these feelings?

I think what you are describing is known as love.

If not, try:

Hello I am looking for a legal substitute for heroin that I can take every day and is not bad for me at all but provides the same rush as heroin. Also I want X-ray vision and maybe some robot feet?

I want a new drug
One that won't make me sick
One that won't make me crash my car
Or make me feel three feet thick

I want a new drug
One that won't hurt my head
One that won't make my mouth too dry
Or make my eyes too red

One that won't make me nervous
Wondering what to do
One that makes me feel like I feel when I'm with you
When I'm alone with you

I want a new drug
One that won't spill
One that don't cost too much
Or come in a pill

I want a new drug
One that won't go away
One that won't keep me up all night
One that won't make me sleep all day

One that won't make me nervous
Wondering what to do
One that makes me feel like I feel when I'm with you
When I'm alone with you
I'm alone with you baby

I want a new drug
One that does what it should
One that won't make me feel too bad
One that won't make me feel too good

I want a new drug
One with no doubt
One that won't make me talk too much
Or make my face break out

One that won't make me nervous
Wondering what to do
One that makes me feel like I feel when I'm with you
When I'm alone with you

um.... well.... you see, these feelings that MDMA gives you are 100% unnatural, fake. MDMA is enjoyable on a "have a great night", or on a "gain insight" basis. However, you have to realize that everything is relative; the weight of emotions, desires, actions, even most sciences (chemistry, physics), etc are all relative to a perceived "norm". If MDMA is making you feel good, it's because it creates a serotonin paradigm that produces enjoyable sensations relative to your "normal" (WTF is normal?!?!?!) state. If you take MDMA every day (or relatively frequently) you will not have the "magic" that MDMA is known for. This, i believe, is because you adapt to the induced sensations and your mind makes them the "norm"

I feel the same is for any 'feel good' chemical, for example paxil. It may make you feel better temporarily, but essentially your mind will adapt to the synthetic effect the chemicals provide. You will feel 'normal' when on these drugs, and depressed, anxious, etc when not on these drugs. This is not natural in any sense. Your mind doesn't operate on a quantitative level (ex: amt of substance in your system), it operates on a relative level. That means that your mind creates a reaction (ie, sensations) to whatever chemicals you introduce that create a difference from the current paradigm your mind operates upon.

My advise is that you should stop looking for your philosopher's stone (in greek times, the philospher's stone is the unknown substance that will induce and make possible all human desires; for greeks it was turning matter into gold, in current times it's creating the perfect existence and mind state). It will be useless, because you will feel "good" temporarily until relativity kicks in (it's time dependent), and you're back to your normal state. Then you'll need the chemicals to remain "normal".

My advice is if you feel you have to take something, to take 50mg 5-HTP, a supplement of vitamin B6, and a small dose of St. John's Wort every other day for a good month or so. I repeated the same regimen and all i can say is that I am much more level headed than i was before. The effects are subtle and take time to actually notice; but they do help. Overall, I feel much happier after this regimen. I have tried antidepressants for prolonged periods of time, and after a while they force you to become dependent upon them (because the "normal" paradigm would change upon stopping the meds) and they no longer help you.

Conclusion: Using chemicals to be happy, and have the "perfect existence" is ignorant. Don't attempt it; this kind of mindset will cause you to fuck yourself over in the future. Meditation, diet, etc will provide a much better effect if your looking to always be "happy".

You have to realize that there is this stigma in the western world that if you differ from the "norm", you require chemical (drug) assistance. This is a stupid and ignorant thought. For example, 4X as many people are prescribed drugs for ADD than could statistically exist in the US; people believe that they differ from the norm and desire "help". Don't be one of them, it's a false path to integrate into your values and life

Humans have existed for thousands of years without chemical assistance, why should you need it now? Mind over matter sir. That's all I can say. You probably don't feel happy because of something other than a chemical imbalance; deal with that first and then analyze your position in this crazy and hectic world after.

Your mind doesn't operate on a quantitative level (ex: amt of substance in your system), it operates on a relative level.

For the most part it's actually the opposite. Too much MDMA use causes you to have less seratonin in your system. It doesn't cause you to develope a tolerance to seratonin itself or to feelings of happiness. Your brain is just an organic machine, input/output.

Why thank you very much. Thanks for even reading, I know it was long lol.

Ok, well when you talk about how fast you're going in a car, you are saying you are traveling that fast compared to a defined reference frame, ie someone on the road that watches you. However, you're not traveling that fast when the reference frame is someone on the highway driving behind you. Or if the reference point was the sun, you're just spinning through space at an extremely high velocity. It's relativity. In chemistry, when measuring the electrode potentials, they are calculated based on the reference that states that the reaction of a hydrogen electrode (with an inert platinum rod for conduction) has an electronic potential of 0. Every other measurement of electrode potentials are based upon this reference. I can go on if you want me to....

Well, I think you're thinking about talking about it as an occasional recreational drug. I'm talkin about if he were to take MDMA everyday. Yes, his serotonin level will drop dramatically due to the long metabolic processes required to replenish the expended serotonin. However, if he continues to take MDMA habitually because it made him feel better, he's using a reference that is now his lower serotonin brain state. Still when he takes MDMA, even with very frequent habitual use, he's temporarily increasing his serotonin levels. It might not be as much as it would be if he took it very rarely, but it's still there.

However, you do bring up a good point; your brain also adapts to the quantitative amount of MDMA that is consumed, and learns to react; this will cause higher amounts of MDMA needed to remain effective. What this means is your mind is now saying that the higher amount of MDMA that you took is a certain amount more effective than a normal dose; ie the reference for relativity is your normal pattern of consumption.
