 diazepam and grapefruit juice
does this increase the effects of the drug (as I have read, it does). If so, how much grapefruit juice is "recommended", etc. What do you know about said subject?

More than half a glass and less than a gallon. However much you like grapefruit juice, I guess.
But yes it does potentiate. Benzos are too subjective to give a definitive answer to how to dose.
