What's the difference between dextroamphetamine and methamphetamine effects-wise? Is meth just a stronger, better version of regular dexamps or is there a definable difference between the two? What are the pros and cons of both? Thanks.

dex loses to meth in terms of intensity of euphoria. there's no question of a presence of euphoria.

If dex is like getting lightly pushed by someone, meth is like getting overhanded in the face by chuck liddell.

Its generally the same type of high, but meth feels more 'electric'... not really sure how to describe it, but its better in every way except the comedown.

I think thats the biggest difference. I'm under the impression that meth is just a fuckload more potent.

From what I know they are basically the same, other then their duration.

People tend to report meth as being stronger as they take large doses and smoke them. You shouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two if you taking the same amount orally, other then the meth lasting longer.

This is just what I've read though, meth is is the only street drug I have yet to do.

For the 'speedyness' you're most likely right. I've never done meth either but know many that have. I've done all the other amps and from talking to friends I've concluded that basically the speedy effects are the same but you get more euphoric.

I agree that smoking would definately increase the "intensity" but I don't think it's responsible soley for the increase in euphoria. Since of course, methyl groups penetrate your blood brain barrier easier.
