In seeing someone who prescribes medicene, (benzos, ssris, tcas) for things like anxiety, and with a legitimate anxiety case, how would I go about obtaining the benzos?

Doesnt it take longer for the other drugs to start working instead of them, could I tell him I cant wait 5-6 weeks for the full effect of ssris and shit? Any help here bltc?

Doctors are reluctant to prescribe benzo's for a reason.

You need to be patient. If you get ssris play a long, say you're taking them. Then complain about how your anxiety is still there, and how you've been having suicidal thoughts, whatever. Make sure you do your research on the pill you're prescribed, find out the negative side-effects, how long it should take to work, etc., and use it to your advantage. Just stay patient and be smart about it.

no matter what anxiety disorder your claiming, 1, it better indicate benzos, i.e. social, panic, and general anxiety disorder. 2, say that it comes in "waves" that last like three hours, and it happens like once every 1-2 days. say theyre disabling, and you have to go home sometimes (social), have almost called an ambulance (panic) or have trouble sleeping and feel very restless (general)

true, but to the op, general anxiety isnt a reason for benzos, they are HIGHLY addictive and doctors know that, say what they are giving you is not working, and they MIGHT start you on a weaker substance (of somthing benzo, or something related), but keep complaining long enough and you MIGHT get bumped to something "worth while"

If you actualy get benzos, and try to use them as SSRI replacements you will fail. Benzos are great for a single episode of severe anxiety, but after a few months of taking them daily you would be royaly fucked. Addiction, depression, anxiety. SSRIs suck, but for long term anxiety are one of the only things actively perscribed. Their is a huge array of mood stabilizers to try if you can find a psyc who doesnt mind offlabel drug treatments.

I have been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and take 6mg of klonopin daily and 2mg of xanax daily, along with some antipsychotics and medicine for epilepsy.

The easiest way to get benzos is to have an actual panic attack--or fake one by going to the ER with spit drooling out of your mouth, shaking, shivering, and breathing so hard it feels like you're running a marathon, and make sure you don't have any stimulants in your system (coke, meth, etc.) bc they test for that in the ER, then they'll most likely give you ativan IV, and give you a small script for ativan.

Take that hospital discharge and Rx to your doctor and explain that the ER doc said you should possibly take them routinely.

The best medication for this would be Klonopin, IMO. It lasts for a very long time, and is also hard to OD on, making it a good choice for patients who are depressed.

Klonopin has also been shown to have some mood lifting properties when used with an anti depressant.

I got a script for oxazepam when I got panic attacks.

My doctor put me on fluoxetine and gave me 30 oxazepam to keep my panic attacks under control while the effexor kicked in.

Take this advice. You don't want to be taking benzos everyday just because you like to get fucked up. If you want a one time script for them say that you have a flight coming up and your really scared of flying.

You'd be surprised. I saw a lot of crazy over-medicating and completely insane regiments for children/teens when I was admitted into a short term live-in facility. Fuck, I saw little kids like 7-8 being put on Adderal and different benzos so they'd do their school work.
