Going to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Nepal.

I wanted to smoke a bit, maybe do some E/acid, etc, Now I know some of these countries are very strict on drugs. Which ones in particular? I wont be trafficking, just personal use. I know Nepal is pretty lax on it, considering weed is actually a weed in parts of the country side.

Can you guys tell me which of those countries carry severe punishments for minor amounts (1-2 grams of pot/1-2 pills) of drugs?

Also I was told some of these countries are really chill about prescriptions, as in you just go to a chemist, tell them you're in pain and bam, opiates. Or that you're stressed, benzos. Is that true? and if so, what do you need to say to get k?

1. Which of the countries mentioned is it not worth taking the risk for a bit of personal use?

2. Is it true pharmacies don't require prescriptions in some of those?

3. What would one's excuse be to get k?

You can get lots of opiates there for DIRT cheap, not too sure about K though.

You gotta be VERY fucking careful and find out the exact rules for each country; some Asian countries have the death penalty for drugs offences. I dunno about the countries you mentioned, but China is very fucking strict as an example. But a lot of Asians smoke opium constantly anyway.

In Kathmandu alot--I mean ALOT-- of people smoke up in bars. There's a jazz bar I went to in the nicer part of the city (can't remember the name of the bar), I just asked around and a couple people offered to smoke with me and it was pretty chill.

There is a lot of acid floating around Kathmandu, you're best luck is to find some hippies and ask them.

That's the only country on the list I have had personal experience with. For the most part if you are desperate for shit ask a rickshaw/taxi driver, the almost always know where to get something.

I'm not sure, as laws vary from place to place, but Singapore does NOT fuck around. You used to be able to get lashed or caned for littering.

I also remember a story about an australian youth, to pay for an operation, was acting as a drug mule moving back and forth between southeast asia and australia. he was caught with several kilos of heroin.

Less than a month later, his trial was over and he was hanged at the gallows.

I can tell you about Cambodia and LAos for I spent a good deal of time there.

Weed is available pretty much everywhere, especially in Phnom Penn just ask a motodop or anyone runing a bar especially in the lakeside. drop by the tiger bar they always seem to have legit buds.

as far as other drugs go K is available in certain pharmacies eventhough it shouldn't be bylaw. If you want some prescript stuff you just need to go into the pharm and ask.

as far as opiates go they are almost as widely available as weed and dreadfully cheap. Make sure you remember hat it will be much purer than what you are used to. and that its very ver very common for westerner s to be found later in their gusthouses od'd on some H they thought was their dose.

as far as ice and yamma goes, my advice to you is not to bother. its really cheap and dirty and the locals love it and in phnom penn they have the habit of mixing it with opium.

I've heard yaba to be pretty common in and around Thailand. -Just do a google search of yaba in Thailand.

I also saw an interesting documentary on it, I believe it can be found through the google movie search engine.

Not too knowledgeable on this topic though I will however state that it is quite risky not to mention dangerous to look into obtaining substances in a foreign country especially illegal ones.

I assume it would be a little safer if you actually knew someone out there that had concrete connects, but just trying to score shit from shady individuals is not a guaranteed method of obtaining shit.

Be damn careful, a lot of dealers are in with the police. You go to one, he lets his cop friend know and after you make the buy, you end up getting arrested. If you don't pay the (huge) bribe then you end up in a 3rd world jail for 20 years.

My h dealer had to get his family to send $30k to bribe the officials.

Get a local that you trust to do the footwork for you.

Though to avoid that all you really need is a little common sense.

So try not to score too close to where you're staying, buying in any kind of bulk is asking for trouble and don't buy your stuff in the morning and wander around all day. :)

GI'm going either side of Nepal for a week, so India and China. Had planned to ride some xr250's from Nepal to Tibet....but doesn't look like that will be a possibility for a while. Hopefully it will when I leave. So not too sure about China.

When I get drugs, the only thing I'd keep on me is prescriptions. Everything else would be purchased then consumed DIRECTLY afterwards.

If I can't consume it right away, it's not worth carrying.

Singapore does NOT fuck around. There are plenty of interesting things you can do there without drugs anyway.

in what fuckin country dude? mate, in laos, cambodia, vietnam you can get police to kill for you for a third of that money.

What i'm basically saying is that unless one acts like a retard, nothings going to happen. like the others said; check out the situation with locals and tourists first, and if all comes to fail just buy some weed, fill your pockets with codeine, dylatin and have an amazingly disastrous night. that combination of basically legal drugs gets you nicely fucked.

oh yeah and in cambodia if a pharmacy refuses to sell you something (which is HIGHLY unlikely) just go to the one next door. or just provide an extra five dollars if you're feeling rich.

Vietnam = opiate city. Just be careful there, too.
