I have a friend who wants to try cocaine for the first time. She was also diagnosed as a tye 1 diabetic a few weeks ago. Would this make cocaine have more of an adverse effect? Should she just take less?

For example, I continued to do DXM after I got diabetes regardless of the high sugars in the syrup and the strange tendency for DXM to raise your bloodsugar regardless of method of intake, I just dose up with insulin beforehand and test about 3 times throughout. Coke isn't going to have drastic effects on her sugars, just make sure that either she or someone else can take a couple of tests for her and keep tabs on her bloodsugar.

The most problematic drug is Pot because of the munchies..but that's all about willpower, which is a good thing to have if you're a drug user and a diabetic.
