Another fentanyl question...
a buddy of mine shot up two patches last week, not too sure the dosage of them, but all the same, he's been in the hospital ever since. He stopped breathing and all that jazz. I was just curious how one would shoot that stuff up. It seems to me that it would take quite some work to get that stuff into a syringe.

Re: Another fentanyl question...
Squeeze it really hard?
I dunno, seems like a really bad idea to begin with, as evidenced by your friend's condition.

Re: Another fentanyl question...
yeah, you're telling me. I've never actually held a fentanyl patch, but I just assume they're a lot like nicotine patches. Haven't been able to talk to my buddy yet, maybe ever, depending if he comes out of this retarded or not...not breathing for a time can get to your brain. Just curious how one would do this, not just for me, but for his family. Thanks.

Re: Another fentanyl question...
He proabably had ones with the gel in them. You just cut it open and squeeze it out. From what I know, one patch could easily kill someone with a tolerance to opiate.

He didnt say that HE wanted to shoot it fucktard, he just wants to know how its done. It seems to be a little to late to be giving advice on how to do the fentanyl since his friend has been in a coma for a few days....

Re: Another fentanyl question...
I've done fent IM before, several times, but each time it was JUST enough. The dose response curve for fentanyl is a steeeep fucking bitch.

Re: Another fentanyl question...
IV'ing fentanyl isn't too hard, just a pain in the ass. Involves alot of water, and alot of cook time if you don't have the patience to evaporating the gel before hand, and I never had the patience. You shoot the gel as is, it's gotta get cooked. I would put the majority of a 100mcg patch into a big ass spoon, use usually 3-4 full rigs worth of water and start cooking. Not sure about posting a "how too", so I won't but by the time I was done I would usually have 2 or 3 full syringes and bang them back to back. After a while, got good enough to cook it down to 1 syringe. But this was after years of abusing them and building up a tolerence. Wearing them, then wearing them and holding a blow dryer to my arm, then eating them. Finally got to the point where I was eating 2 100mcg patches to get off, so naturally led to shooting them.
Don't do it anymore thankfully and don't even want to think what damage I have done to myself. It took a friend ODing on them to wake my dumbass up. Sorry to hear about your friend. For real. I don't talk to God much, if at all, but will say a prayer for him and his family/friends.

Please do not post a write up on that, anyone that NEEDS that info can figure it out themselves, it's not hard, and if you CAN'T figure it out, you are going to end up killing yourself, so tis better to just leave certain things unsaid.
Then again, information wants to be free, and I am a big fan of darwinism.

I would have stumbled awkwardly into the conversation to argue against your first point, but then you self-rectified and now I just awkwardly stumble into the conversation for no reason at all.
