There have been some people claiming that it's real, some that it's fake, but just to let you know: I know that these pills have been tested in a lab, and contain tramadol and APAP.

Hope this helps anyone who was thinking of ordering.

OP- I'm sorry if this is a naive question...but isn't Tramadol a pretty average Opiate(like Vicodin)? Vics contain APAP, and Tramadol is a Opiate...so whats the prob?
