take 20-30mg and bump 10mg in 1-1.5hr if you don't feel anything. If you don't feel anything, then you know that you ought to increase your next dose by 10mg or so.

But, OP has a good point, 2-3 oxy threads a day are rediculous. And everyone tells them to take 20mg..lmao. They have obviously never done oxycontin.
