Yeah, they probably had all the people they needed who are regular pot smokers the first day they put up an add. I imagine its a lot harder to find non-users who are willing to participate. I like to see stuff like this going on though. People who are against weed make it out to be far worst then it is, and people who are for it make it out to be a lot better. I honestly think if most people knew the truth about weed, less people would smoke it.

Robert Block is an associate professor in the school's Department of Anesthesia and the lead investigator on the project. He says the group is looking for pot users and control subjects who consume alcohol and tobacco -- but not marijuana -- to participate in the study.

Block said that, depending on the results, the study might ultimately be used to support political positions on marijuana. Those could include whether there should be harsher criminal penalties, whether it should be decriminalized (NOT FUCKING LIKELY), or whether it should be allowed for medicinal purposes.
