Okay, so on thursday I went into my mothers room and took 4 of her xanax chewed em up and went to school. Later I'm at my friends house and my mom is telling me to go home. I told her no until she just locked me out for the night. Later, I received a call from my best friend who was bawing about something so I left to go hang with him at like 1 am. We fell asleep on the grass of a college near my house at like 4.
At six, we were awoken by police who took us to our houses.
My mom was able to tell I was still blazed on xanax and told me to stay home from schoolOkay, so on thursday I went into my mothers room and took a bunch of her xanax and put it in a bag and then went to school.
At school the SRO randomly stopped me and found out I had a pill and I was high. He saw the bag but I told him it was zoloft and i took it from someone because im depressed. he went with it and just took them and let me go.
Fast forward to thursday night,

After school I went into my moms room and took the bottle and put all the pills in a bag and went to walgreens to refill it, so I could keep the extra. My mom came home and saw that her xanax was missing and called me and asked me where I was and I told her I was at walgreens. I forget what I told her but I think it was yes. Either way, she called the cops on me without my knowledge and I got pulled over and searched and they found the full bottle of xanax and the bag with like 15 in it.
My mom came and got her xanax and I started cussing out the cops and saying stupid shit like "look at you with your FUCKING MUSTACHE". Then I said fuck this and smashed my head into his cop car, leaving a dent.
Once I got into the troll car the sargent told me if I ratted on some people they would tell the state attourney that I was extremely cooperative. So I gave out a few names, and they asked if I could buy from one of them, I said "I haven't" and then added "but I probably could" and I think he wanted me to do some crazy sting operation thing but he stopped talking.
Then I got to JDC and waited for a few hours and acted like an ass so they put me in a cell. After a little while they had me talk to a counselor. I told her that I only took them because I was depressed and they made everything not so hard.
My mom picked me up and I went home and I slept for like 10 hours aand now I'm on good terms with her.
When the cops searched me they found her bottle, my bag, and a pen tube *someone* used to snort it.
My question is, as a minor, how fucked am I? I'm planning on telling the court that it was only because I was really upset about my life and they took the edge off, and I never abused them.

when your in so much pain that conventional pain management doesn't work well enough so your nerve blocking with lidocaine injections opiate usage really shouldnt be considered and knowing that as you get older the pain is only going to get worse and worse until your no longer able to walk opiate use really shouldnt be considered an addiction as much as a necessity to live a normal life..

I have, but I am jumping through doctors hoops at the moment, requesting release forms from old doctors, as well as release forms from workmans comp, and then a fucking waiting list.

As for my opiate usage, artfag, I am far from an addict, and usually end up going over a week between scripts because with my natural tolerance 60 7.5 hydros is NOTHING, and is gone in three or four days.

I do no suffer withdrawals, I do not fiend, and I do not substitute. I deal with the pain like a god damn man.

That's the thing man, it's not functional, I have no control over it and end up falling all over the place. I want it gone so I can walk normally. I have extremely limited range of motion resulting in a fucked up gait which just causes more secondary damage to my knees, hips and back. I want it gone so I can walk at least half way right, and not fall over.


And the ortho surgeon told me that the bone in my ankle would degrade so badly that it would have to be amputated within thirty years of the accident. Only 24 more years to go!
