Re: vicodin - good or bad? long term experiences?
That's a rather broad question there. Perhaps you'd care to be a tad more specific?
I mean, do you want to know about addiction with it? You can get addicted to it if you do it often enough for long enough and it is just about like a heroin addiction too.
Long term effects health wise? Well, it's not the hydrocodone you need to worry about, it's the APAP [Tylenol]. That shit is not liver-friendly at all.
That what you looking or? Or is it something else?

Re: vicodin - good or bad? long term experiences?
opiates in general are the most worthless class of drugs.......right along with benzodiazepines.
You should only use opiates/benzos when needed....medically
Though opiates are fun, they not only disconnect you from the world around you, they are fucking addictive.
at best neither mental nor physical addiction, simply part of your frequent thoughts
...thus tending to get rooted in your mentality quite firmly.....
with: opiates you will gain (next-to)NOTHING, but LOOSE considerably!

Opiates aren't that well with pain management.

dont mind meta, he is an idiot. vicodin is not as addictive as heroin. vicodin is to heroin as a paper plane is to a fucking jet liner. so pop a few and have a blast.
and why the opiate bashing in this thread? opiates are my favorite drugs BY FAR

Re: vicodin - good or bad? long term experiences?
Drugs are just chemicals, they are neither good or bad. It's all about how you use them. When respected and used sparingly you can have a good time with vicodin and other opiates. I've personally had much better success with other drugs than opiates for pain management though. Opiates don't really get rid of pain, they just make you not care about it as much. They are addictive but like most drugs it is a decision to keep using them frequently in order to become addicted initially. Just use moderation, common sense, and understand the risks.

Re: vicodin - good or bad? long term experiences?
Well if your a frequent user, like some kids I know..they are just fucking like mellowed out/dead. One dude always use to come to my english class peppered off, and i mean peppered his face was like perfectly still and when he talked he was soo fucked he like squeaked/mumbled his words out. Luckly he was doing a CWE or he woulda been dead by now. He was a frequent user and the kid was smart, to an extent but just anytime you saw him you could tell he was on something....and that really fucks your image over if people know you are always high on something.
Its not really worth the time especially when Oxy and what other few obscure opiates are well above vicodin. Its worth it to take it if you have it, but its just a bitch to keep up with not even if your not a common addict, mainly say that cause its soo hard to find around my parts and you can easily pay as much for it as some oxy.
Unless your prescribed it or manage to magically stumble upon some, theres no reason to be desiring it.
