Can you trust your high mind?
Can you make heavy decisions when you're stoned, or think properly about heavy issues? Do you trust your high mind more than your sober one?

Re: Can you trust your high mind?
The only time I really didn't trust my head was on salvia. Unless you count when I've been up for over 4 or 5 days. I don't think my judgment was at its best at those times. But that was just judgment; I still trusted the rest of my brain. On salvia I couldn't trust any of it. Not it's internal dialog, not what my centers of perception, nothing. Not a pleasant feeling at all, btw.

Re: Can you trust your high mind?
From what I've heard, you think more clearly when you've smoked weed. I've been clean of everything for a month, and now that I've started smoking again I think about things I don't like to, like falling out of love. And I hate to think about such things when I am stoned, it's a drag, really.

Re: Can you trust your high mind?
Whenever I'm stoned, I think about stuff a lot more clearly. It's like looking at myself/situation from a diffrent perspective.
I've always trusted my stoned mind, sometimes more than when I'm sober.

Re: Can you trust your high mind?
Why not make decisions off both perspectives and get the best of both worlds?

Re: Can you trust your high mind?
I tend to be more risk-taking when I haven't smoked up, pot's paranoia leads me to make safe and certain decisions.

Yeah, totally, for instance, when I'm not stoned I drive at least 15 over and cut in and out of traffic like an angry asshole. But when I'm stoned, even if I'm not holding I'm a very conservative driver...

Re: Can you trust your high mind?
I can trust mine on everything. I never broke through on salvia though, so I have no idea if I could on it. Even seeing fully formed ants from a shadow when I was on dxm, alcohol, weed, codeine, and zopiclone, and wellbutrin (I used to be pretty skadgy, I know).
The only time I don't trust my mind is when I am tripping out and clearly not thinking logically. I can then think logically about the issue though as I'm sure that's what the rest of you do too.
When I'm anxious and have a panic attack which I don't really anymore, I can't trust what I'm thinking. It's fight or flight mode; complete emotionally based rationalizations. Anyone would be the same.
EDIT: I forgot about the wellbutrin aha
