i may have just got my hands on some of these, and im just wondering what would be a good mg range for somebody with no benzo tolerance to speak of. also some 5mg vic's that could be thrown into the mix or saved, but no advice needed with those unless mixing

id personally go a little higher, when i first started ativan, i had barely any tolerance and i had to take 4-5mgs, im skinny too. but i guess its better to start low with everything.

well the dosage that you'd take for effective relief of anxiety is 0.5 mg - 2 mg depending on how bad your anxiety/panic is. I think it's safe to assume that recreationally you'd want to take a little bit more then that.. i'd start at 2 or 3 and if you want to do more do more.

I'm not familiar with you, your body chemistry or your height/weight ratio, so I'll just leave you with a warning.

Don't fuck around with benzos, at least not until you know how it affects you and at what dosage.

I got my hands on some, didn't realize how powerful those tiny tabs where, ate a handful and woke up the next day in bed with a DUI charge and a lot of fucking explaining to do. Luckily, no one was hurt and I have since had the charge dropped, but from firsthand experience, I would start very small and work my way up if I were you.

2 mg fucked me up enough to be REALLY outgoing, and I have some trouble remembering everything that happened but I didn't black out. I'd start with that, and move up from there.

if you anxiety benzos are less likely to fuck u up (you have to take mroe than people who dont) for example i have really bad anxiety, and when i take ambien it doesnt make me tired at all no matter how much i take. ambien isnt technically a benzo but it acts on the same receptors and has alot of the same side effects.
