Quick question about LSD's effect on sleep
When I take LSD or any hallucinogen for that matter, my sleep tends to be really fucked up the first night after the trip (and several nights afterwards). Whenever I try to sleep I almost immediately start dreaming (while I'm still half awake) and the dreams freak me out, and wake me back up. When trying to fall asleep I also see mental images flashing by of weird, weird stuff, like airplanes with teeth, and things like that.
Is this absolutely, 100% normal? If not, how often does this occur to people?

Re: Quick question about LSD's effect on sleep
You don't really seem normal.
I assume it's fairly common, even with those who haven't dropped.
Heh, my first dream after i'd dropped, i was swimming nude between icebergs that were slowly colliding, eventually i got squished. :)

Re: Quick question about LSD's effect on sleep
Yeah thats normal. For like 2 or 3 days after I trip, I hear people talking and get crazy closed-eye visuals right when I'm about to fall asleep.

This happens to me with dxm and even when I take diphenhydramine for its intended use.

Well if I know one thing for sure taking a large dose of LSD does NOT help you sleep by any means.

Re: Quick question about LSD's effect on sleep
Hallucinogens don't make it easy to sleep. Period.

While lsd has opened my mind to explore fractuals before sleep I dont notice any changes in dreams after any usage.
