Don't take it on your own, save it for a party or a night out of some kind - especially your first time. You'll have a much more valuable experience. If you're intent on taking it soon, at least get a friend round to take it with you.

Its not completely boring alone you can have fun, but personally if it was my first id want to remember it so id take it at a party or something fun in your area. And if you cant make alot noise that would really suck, your gunna want to move around alot and listen to loud music.

Save it for a concert, rave, party, etc.

You'll get far too anxious having to worrying about making too much noise, because on MDMA, noise is excellent. You will also likely be dancing around like a fool, which will also create quite a bit of sound.
