EDIT 3:i have only taken ~150mg of valium in my life and ~30mg of xanax in my life

xanax and valium. anyone have any addiction experience/advise/and or info on it?
basically I've been taking a few mg of xanax or valium to sleep at night. i don't have a very good scale so im not oo sure how much im taking but for valium which doesn't work as well as xanax im taking ~20-60mg of valium depending on the day or <1mg-~10mg of xanax depending on the day. its one or the other, not both in the same night. i plan to do this until it runs out, and i have enough for at least a month. does this sound like a safe idea or when it runs out will i face withdrawl?

i don't know about benzos but as for other addictive drugs that would be enough for you to feel withdrawals when you run out.

You should definetaly taper yourself off and not quit abruptely, I dont know how long youve been doing benzos, but benzo withdrawals in some cases can even be fatal.

20mg xanax + 60mg valium = Bullshit. Or death.

i thought it was hard to OD on benzo's alone? or is because the mix of 2 different benzos?

taper off? theres nothing to taper off too....basic i just got a big bag of benzos last week and take only a couple, im not addicted im asking about how to use them responsibly and not get addicted

I was prescribed xanax for a year and not taking as much as you, but the withdrawals suck. shaky as a motherfucker. You hurt all over, taper off man just like your boy laundry said.

The recreational dose of xanax is like 4mg to get completly fucked up i thought. You take 20mg to sleep? Do you wake up in mexico naked every night? Shit.

no i've taken ~10mg once... woke up the next day a 3pm(noon-2 is kinda normal)...woops 20, what i was thinking it was more like 10...

Good to know I'm not the only person in the world who requires Xanax to go to sleep at night. If I don't take at least 1mg of Xanax, I'll stay awake for two hours, have lucid dreams and wake up every forty-five goddamned minutes.

My doctor finally prescribed me .5mg alprazolam. I plan on talking him up to giving me barrs with refills.

i only need it if i want to goto sleep before midnight or something like that, which i do i can wake up early. im my own doctor on this one

I remember when I got myself ahold of a stash of xanax and going through all of it in a short period of time without waning off. The feeling is unbelievable man unexplainable. I felt like I had the worst flu I ever had, couldn't sleep didnt want to eat and felt like I was having constant panic attacks.

I never got a sense of how drugs can fuck your shop until I went through a mini benzo w/d. I cant even imagine being on the stuff for months and stopping

Serious withdrawal from benzos can occur from as little as 14 days of regular use. Please be careful.

i was on klonopin for 8 months at 2mgs a day....i got my last bottle and took it over the course of 2 months and i was fine.
