Hey for a Preferable Oxidizer something Along the lines of KNO3 or KCIO4 would be good...However where might I acquire said powerful Oxidizer..? I know where to get the other necessarys, Aluminum Powder and Then some Cane Sugar..Now I was just planning On just going to a chemical store and Buying it...But I was wondering is there something that has it in it, something more easily acquired where I can get it from?

The way you are going about posing your question tells us that you really don't have much experience or background knowledge in these things.
For your own safety, we urge you to start with smoke mix and black powder before moving on to much much much more dangerous things like flash powder.
