I've read up on Nutmeg and I was wondering if I only took one would it fuck me up hardcore? I want to be high but not to the point of where I see little men running around as I have read it sometimes does. So will one nut do the trick?

Well, Ive read about one guy taking three and he said he got high for 24 Hours but I find that hard to beleive. I've heard of mixing it with milk. All Iam really asking is how High will I by eating one nut.

I put about two tablespoon of nutmeg in capsules because theres no other way to do it. It wasn't that bad the first time. The second one I just felt kinda burnt out. The high feels like coming down off of weed.

^^^ you're wrong actually you can chew the whole nut. its not too bad tasting, I was delerious and felt stupid for a solid 12 hours and looked terrible for like two or three days.
I kept forgetting what i was saying for like three days, if you havent done it try it so you know what its like.
