My guess would be yes, for the reason that THC can pass the BBB to begin with. But I'm also guessing that you would experience the drug very differently.

WRONG. THC in it's natural form in cannabis is a carboxylate salt. Heating it decarboxylates it. THC carboxylate is mostly inactive in the CNS, which is why it must be heated like in cannabutter in order to be active.

I might, just to see what would happen. The high would most likely be different, because (for IV) different chemicals would get to your brain. The cannabinoids wouldn't get heated or metabolized before reaching your blood, so you would get a different high.

Are they also carboxylate salts? I would imagine so, since they are hydroxylated in the same way in the liver, which leads to the conclusion that if one compound is inactive as the carboxylate salt with hydroxylation, then an analogue should behave in a similar way.
