Well me and my girl are both on probation. Somehow her PO knows who I am at that I'm on probation. He told her on her first meeting to not associate w/ me.

He searched her house today and found a bottle of anti biotics I gave to her, that stated my full name and the date of the prescription.

Is this bad? I feel like it should be but nothing has happened.

Is it illegal to give someone a prescription of anti biotics? Doesn't seem so but I don't know.

This is a weird situation, has anyone else had to gone thru something as gay as this?

that sucks my PO asked me if there was any one i associate wiht whos on probation, she said as long as I tell her ahead of time and get an OK its fine. HAving someone elses prescription is always a felony.

Using something prescribed by someone else is punishable by law, but I don't think it should warrant serious charges, seeing as how it wasn't an opiate/benzo, etc.

But that's just me, for all I know, she's fucked.

It depends on what state you're in and what the prescription is.

I was seeing this girl about 10 years ago, and she was on probation. Once her PO got wind of who her bf was, and who his FAMILY was, she was forbidden to talk to any of us. Of course, that didn't stop us.

Technically, to have a prescription med - even if it's oonly an antibiotic - is illegal. And that's all a LEO needs to bust you. It's one of those things that you won't usually get popped for unless the LEO wants to bust you.

Well, it probably doesn't send a good message. If he/she knows you're sharing a prescription (even if it is just anti-biotics) the PO may wonder what else (i.e drugs, other prescriptions) you're sharing.

There may be no legal ramifications yet, but it doesn't give a good initial impression.
