It lasts longer. It's pretty much just an easier way. With huffing, you have to have either some type of huffing device to make it easy, or sit there with a stinky rag to your face the whole time. With this method, you can take a double shot of this shit, ether and ethanol, and just be fucking TRASHED.

Be careful with dosage though, and be careful with huffing and drinking at the same time.

The boiling point of ether is around 34 degrees C, right? So you wouldda thought it'd boil in your stomache, and you'd be burping the vapour up, which would not be cool if you were taking a smoke and you became charred from the inside out...

Yes, diethyl ether, dimethyl ether will kill you. Yes you can drink it, but it can be dangerous and easy to overdose. And correct, it used to be much more popular than it is now. The normal way of administration when it WAS popular was mixed with ethanol, which is why I said that. I've tasted it pure and it's quite strange. Much easier to handle mixed.
