So I'm sitting here putting some piracetam and other shit (Choline, L-Phenylalanine for those of you who are nosey) and it's a pain in the dick. I know you can buy capsule fillers but I don't use jell caps enough to buy one.

Other than putting the substance you wish to be capped up in a plastic baggy, and cutting a small hole in the corner, what is a quick way to fill jell caps?

Sometimes I just get a plate and a pill spatula and just pack the shit that way, but you end up wasting some product that way. The baggy method is the most efficient way I've found so far.

You can get a pill loader to help you with that. I can't really say anything about them because I haven't used one, but look it up.
