I'm missing 2 of the peak bits on my back teeth and my jaws are too tired to even eat food. Is there anyway to stop this shit? I heard drink water, but I haven't noticed it helping. Any suggestions?

I find chewing gum to simply worsen the effects of gurning. It actually encourages you to chew and grind, making it even worse. I also have a tendency to catch the sides of my mouth while I roll&chew, and still have a massive hole in the side of my mouth from the first time I rolled (which will probably never heal but so what because I had a fucking amazing time lol)


The last time I rolled, I went to the store beforehand and bought a packet of chewy sweets (wine gums)

I found that sucking on them helped significantly relax my jaw, took my mind off chewing, and the actual sucking action prevented me from chewing.

I've found that if I'm chewing gum when I'm on ecstacy then I chew my lips/cheeks to pieces and wake up the next day with bits of flesh hanging fromt he inside of my mouth :(

in your caps or mdma what point (i.e .1, .2) do usually have for a good cap i realized i've never checked mine , unless you get it before it's been capped which brings me to a second question of where someone could get caps to cap it

If they had meth in them would the meth crystal be larger/differently colored that the MDMA? They are in generic gel-caps, all 3/4 full with the same color/textured white powder. I'm not sure how much weight that would be.
