Default Quiting cigarettes... withdrawal?

I've come to realize how stupid smoking cigarettes is so I'm quitting.

I've only been smoking 4 months now and I usually only went through a pack a week (3 or 4 cigs a day). Now genetically I'm at risk for getting addicted to any substance quickly. Although I'm not mentally craving them I've been experiencing the worst stomach pains I've ever had in my life and I have yet to find any meds that will relieve me of them. But when I light up my stomach pain almost instantly goes away!

I know it's only nicotine and I'll probably be called a pussy for this... but could I possibly be going through physical withdrawal?

Breathing smoke makes you a man.

But if it's any help, when I quit smoking cigs ( About three packs a week.) I didn't get any stomach pains, just got really, really irritable.

if you're not mentally craving them, you weren't addicted in the first place.

the physical withdrawals aren't that severe for cigarettes. i quit after like ten years at a pack a day(on average, anyway) and my withdrawals were the shits for like two days. it didn't hurt, i just shit a lot.

As a guy who just smokes like a fiend only when he's got them?

I find that as tobacco messes with your mucus membranes, such as the ones in your intestines. This leads to constipation.

You could be plugged up. Eat some decent food & after a day or two you should be fine.
