I apologize for not aspiring to get high as balls, but I've got a fever and feel of shit, and I was wondering what people found more effective for this: tylenol (acetaminophen) or generic aspirin. I expect most of the suggestions to be meth or jenkem, but sadly those aren't readily available to me...

To OP: I find APAP to be more effective for headaches and the like while asprin to be better for muscle pain and such.

Acetaminophen is better for imflamation and fever, i belive. Asprin is good for muscle pain. Or i could have the mixed up. Wiki it.

Aspirin, Advil, Tylenol, Naproxen - it really don't fucking matter for a fever reducer. Use whatever is in your medicine cabinet.

There's no real profound difference between the different meds.
