I'm sorry if this has been asked a trillion times before, but I've used the search on totse, google, and erowid, finding no actual recipies, only refrences to the term.
Can someone please tell me a good recipe for lsamonade? I know it consists of dechlorinated water, lemon juice, and the seeds, but in what ratios and following what procedure?
Once again, sorry if this has been asked. I've got 1oz of morning glories, looking for a good first trip and trying to avoid extreme nausea.

Blend seeds, simmer seed mush in water, strain, squeeze out the seed mush, add lemon juice, cool and drink up.

Nigga what?! Get some bottled water. Why would it matter if its distilled or not? Most bottled water companies claim to 'distill, refract, osmotize' every which way to Sunday any way... |

Yeah, but some, like Dasani have some chlorine in them. Just check the label.
