How the fuck does it ruin your high? Usually for me it sets the effects in for me a little more.

Get an asthmetic friend and ask him if you can use his inhaler. Or just go to the pharmacy and ask for an epinephrine inhaler because you are having trouble breathing and you left your albuterol inhaler at home.

problem will be solved in no time

idk, maybe your just not used to that much smoke in your lungs. i mean blunts have alot, but clearing a decent bong can have A SHITLOAD more smoke. you run out of air and then bleh bleh cough cough you just filled your lungs and now began going from lungs, to throat to stomach

start smoking cigs for awhile this will solve the problem. or just grow the fuck up, smoke more, and the problem will solve its self like me before i started cigs.

also, coughing doesnt ruin the high, it usually kicks it in. really blasts it back into your head when your holding a big ass bong rip and then cough your head off your shoulders.

When you cough a lot of blood goes to your head, which can intensify the high.

Also you have COPD.

I find it a bit ironic how some people are self-conscious about coughing up their weed, thinking that it makes them a pussy, while being self-conscious is really what makes them a pussy in the first place.

If you're really coughing so hard that the smoke is blown out of your lungs, it's probably asthma, or cancer.... Either way, you should probably go to a doctor and get checked out.

Its happened to me, I was taking sobe hits and on my fourth or fifth bowl I just started coughing like crazy which caused a burning/tingling sensation to spread throughout my head which was followed by a pounding headache. By that time I didn't feel high in the slightest. Although it is possible I just smoked some glue/plastic..
