possible loophole I noticed in my job UA
I worked for the city last summer (and plan to do so again this summer) and they require a UA and brief physical upon employment each time. They sent me to one of those corporate care type places to do it, and they had me fill out typical medical record bullshit.
One of the sheets was for the drug test, and it had you list the meds and stuff that you take... like things that they should expect you to test positive for. The only thing I needed to put was adderall which I have/had a script for. It didn't ask for the name of the doctor that prescribed it or for a prescription number or proof or anything. The doc who did my physical after I took my UA didn't even bring it up.
I'm guessing this is how it will be again this year if I get the job offer I'm wanting, and that many other employment medical checkout type places have a similar system. If you had been dabbling in pills and you weren't sure if you'd pass or if you flat out hadn't even been fasting from them, couldn't you just write that down? If the doc mentioned it, just have a decent story ahead of time about an injury. Adderall is controlled and ppl do abuse it, but I know it's not in the same category of habit forming as opiates and tranqs and stuff. Do you guys think that he would request a copy of the Rx for any of that stuff?
Anyone else noticed this loophole and/or taken advantage of it before?
discuss.

Re: possible loophole I noticed in my job UA
While in the military this was impossible for me. Being stationed near LA i got my green card then got out a shrt while later. having my card saved my first job interview (had same job since) and still let me party a little. Of course the dovtor wanted proof so i took the card with me, he just walked out of the office for a few minutes, came back and finished my physical. im guessing he was checking the num on it...*shrug*

MAny people will have to see the script. If they didnt look at it they probably were not following the guidelines properly.
A better loopholes is to take drugs whose metabolites will not show up on a 5 panel.
