Ok so I'm going to be going on probation in about a month and the guy at the courthouse said they'd be giving me a drug test that can detect usage in the last 5 weeks. I already told him that I smoked just about everyday and about my other sparsly used drug habits.

My question to you about all of this nonsense is whether or not it's logical that this drug test can really detect whether or not i've smoked a day of two after meeting with this guy? I've only smoked weed, but i've been a habitual smoker recently. Will that effect anything?

I really don't want to go to jail, so any feedback or thoughts would be very much appreiciated (sp?).

It depends if they're checking your urine, blood , or hair folicle. as far as i know if they do the hair follicle test they can tell even after several months.

Ok, well I had to get a hair test for a job once and smoked the day of and passed apparently for i got the job.

They're bullshitting you man, I'm almost 95% sure. The tests they give you on probation (assuming your on real probation) are simple urine tests. They will probably be able to detect quantity of how of the drug is in your system, but they cant tell how long ago you smoked or did drugs without paying out the ass for an expensive test. Keep on smoking, little buddy.

well i'm not on real probation yet, but i'm pretty sure the test they're going to give me is to determine how severely they decide to watch me with pop ut's and shit.
