bootloader trouble

i've installed ubuntu yesterday, but i didn't notice my windows hdd was not attached to the pc (the plug got loose because i installed a second hdd), and now i have 2 seperate hardrives, each with a bootloader and an os installed. How do i get grub to be my main bootloader, but still be able to acces windows?

You could set an entry in Grub for the windows install and then boot off of the second hard drive, or you could install Grub on the MBR of the first.

if you just set up Ubuntu, you could just reinstall. Either way, why the multiple HDDs? I just partition one up and use my others for data storage that all OSes access.
