I've always found the above extremely difficult if not impossible, and found myself in pain from not being able to piss at all today. I always thought it was something I've had to deal with and I'm sure plenty of you know the feeling first hand. Turns out something as simple as putting your fingertips under a warm stream of water helped immensely. I'm sure some of you know, but I've seen others complain of it on totse and no one mentioned this. I can finally sleep in peace (typing this up at 5:30 AM..) Yeah its a bloody nightmare, Iv had huge problems pissing on just 10mg of OC. It takes 5-10 mins of pure intense concentration in absolute silence and no distractions for me to be able to blast one out... Even then it takes a lot of effort to keep it constant. Guess its just one of those side affects you have to put up with...

So far suboxone has been the worse for me as far as peeing goes. I havent had a good pee or shit in 5 days. Sometimes i have to shower just to pee. Its the onyl way i can get anyout. I was thinking about making this thread the other day and having people list their ways of getting opee out while nodding.

Have you tried putting your fingers under a warm stream of water? I got the idea from the prank kids pull at sleepovers. After 30 frustrated mins of sitting/standing and making deals with forces beyond my control, inspiration struck and i tried the warm water and it was like a dam bursting open. I haven't smiled that genuinely for a long time.

I guess I'm just lucky.

Even when I am on 60mgs of OC I can still piss merrily with no difficulties.

I'm also one of those people that never EVER gets itchy on DXM, and can still piss and shit normally.

I do get a bitch of an itch from opiates though.

My sink is next to my toilet, so I always used to run my hands under hot water while trying to piss. Always worked for me.

theres something about pissing in a sink, when you cant take a leak. it might have something to do with knowing you should be using the toilet and not the sink. or maybe its easier to aim on a higher angle.. also if you tickle your ass really lightly. sounds fucking retarded, but im being 100% serious.

it goes away the more opiates you use, in my case at least, but i have to concentrate for like 5 mins on it to get any out.
