ever since ive started smoking years back, ive been experimenting with eye drops to get the red out. so far, this brand called "rhoto" works the best, only to "clear eyes".

but the thing is, i have contacts, so it initially dries my eyes out.

anyone have any special eye drops they use that work 100%?

Usually any eye drops get my eyes white, but I just got some Visine and it has'nt been working that great.

is rhoto really that good? cause one of my friends says that it fucks up your eyes if you use it more than once a day.

if you overdo it, you are NOT going to have a good day. trust me. using it more than once in a day wont do it though, just dont go batshit crazy with them.

Opcon-A works great too, a lot like Rhoto-V. opcon seems to work just a tad better IMO, but id choose Rhoto over it because when i put Opcon in my eyes it feels burny, while Rhoto gives a mentholy kinda nice feeling (but not that nice..). just for pot though, it doesnt matter what eyedrops you use. theyll all do the job. i only bother with Opcon-A or Rhoto-V if ive been tweaking or something and the redness is ridiculous.

I use Visine long-lasting. It is 6 hour relief and you can put them in before you smoke.

I wear contacts, when they are not in visine works fine but with them I need to use clear eyes so that is my brand of choice. I have never seen rhoto before, is it availible in canada?

Seriously, rhoto is the best. I used to use visine redness relief, but it stopped working after a while, and i switched to rhoto. I got the menthol kind, shit is pretty intense. Its like Listerine for your eyes, you will know what I mean once you try it. I havent noticed and ill-effects from using rhotos multiple times a day, I didnt know that was a problem for people.

I use clear eyes, it works within 10 minutes with contacts.

I use the yellow visine or generic/store brand tetrahydrozaline. Don't buy Visine original, store brands are way cheaper, compare the active ingredients.

Yeah, they're nice.. you feel like a new man, your eyes are so clear and it feels reallly good high.

I heard Rohto seriously burns. I mean, I can imagine putting minty eye drops in your eyes would be a bit uncomfortable, yeah.

Anyone got any experiences and whatnot with Rohto?

I wear soft contact lenses, and use Visine Original Redness Relief.

If you can't find drops that don't mess with your contacts/eyes, a quick chat with any pharmacist or optometrist would probably turn up better results than BLTC. :p
You could always remove your lenses for a second and put a couple drops in.
Also I've never seen rhoto in Canada [bc] either.

i don't use contacts, but i use rhoto's every time i need to go in public and my eye's are bloodshot to shit.

it's not bad. imagine the feeling of eating a really really powerful peppermint candy, the vapors all up in your eyes, nose and sinus. it's like that cold tingly feeling, in your eyes.

seriously though, get more sleep and a better diet, and when the spots under your eyes are super dark and baggy gently massage them to take the swelling down.

I've stopped caring about my eyes.

If my mum is close enough to see my eyes properly, she's also probably close enough to smell it on me/tell by my actions anyway.

Also I believe putting steaks and meats, and like some kind of lotion that removes bags under your eyes would greatly help.


Also if you can't find a good eye drops for contacts, or need some red-eye relief in a pinch, your own tears will do the trick. Tears are the body's natural red eye reliever. So, just think about the time your dog got ran over and shed a few tears.

what kind of contacts you got man? I got contacts and i use them. Im on like bottle 4 now off the rohto V drops, are u using cool or the ICE? I remember the ICE ones tore my eyes out with the freeze feeling but then igot use to them.

Just smoke pot all the time; then, before you know where you are, people will just think your eyes are naturally bloodshot, glazed, and dopey.

I bought my first bottle a few days ago and I really like it. At first the menthol burned my eyes but now it's just very refreshing. What happened to a few of you that used the drops many times daily? I just put in a few drops and I'm set for the rest of the day so i wouldn't know and would rather not try for the sake of finding out.

idunno i heard theres some chemical that messes up your eyes in high doses?

I've never used eyedrops. Never had to I guess. If anyone mentioned that my eyes were bloodshot I'd either tell them to fuck off or that I'm fucking tired.

Yeah its definitely Rhotos FTW. They work longer and feel way good when your high and you drop 'em in. They wont hurt your eyes if you only use every 8 hours. I think it says this on the box/pamphlet you get with them somewhere. My Optometrist said that as long as you don't overuse them, they are fine with your contacts in. You can also put them in before you need them and will work just fine after..
