Due to a dental abscess which will not be extratced until thursday 27th (9.50am) i cannot take any drugs.

I've been clean for about a month.
It's not so bad until some friends call and want to drink/smoke/whatever. That sucks.

there will be drugs that would be completely out of your system by the time you go to surgery. Anyways if you cant quit for a little over a week your weak unless your doing heroin or have an everyday benzo habit.
