To my knowledge there is no chance of OD, she is a 140lb female, now this wouldn't concern me however it is 16 hours later and she is fairly incoherent, can't stand or sit up under her own power, but she is breathing fine, and recently reported chest pain, but I believe it to be from something else unrelated but maybe not.

Anyway I am not the most experienced with pills or opiates and was wondering if some of the good people of BLTC could help me out.
