Why don't we compile a list of things we have done and or know are able to be vaporized out of a light bulb vape safely. For instance, you may be able to get the bulb hot enough to vaporize some chemicals over longer time. Light bulbs explode after a bit and the results aren't exactly pleasant. Hilarious sometimes I admit.

I've only got weed and meth from experience but I don't see why crack, h, dmt(and related), and other smokables wouldn't work.

Actually, I suppose lighters get hotter then the lightbulb can take since it explodes, thus things that have a high vaporization temperature may not work. As said above.
