They make people put it on and it somehow can tell when the person drinks, it can even go off if alcohol is spilled onto them.

I was just curious if anyone had heard anything about these things and if they have anything they could tell me more about them.

There definitely is such a device and it's pretty fucking expensive, like 12 dollars a day. Usually you'll were one for 30-90 days. A friend of mine has one right now, and it's around the ankle like a GPS unit. I told him he should saran wrap his leg between the skin but he said he's not that much of an alcoholic.
