Adderall reallly really keeps me up, like if I take 60mg or so in the afternoon, im up til the wee hours of the monring, writing and doing wierd shit i never do.

50mg is an overkill. If you want to be properly motivated with a nice buzz, go with about 20mg assuming you don't have much of a tolerance.

I wouldn't want to be wired or tweaking at work, let alone over a hot kitchen stove.

IMO, I believe you should lower the dosage. I imagine taking 50mg wouldn't be very pleasant. If you just want to be more productive and make working a little more fun, than just do a little more than the normal therapeutic dose.

Take one pill at 8pm and the other one at 11pm, that way right when the comedown hits you can go back up.

Oh yeah, if they are XR, which I suspect they are, crush them beads up so you it hits you all at once. I have never had much fun with the XR's unless I crush the beads to defeat the time-release, 25mg spaced over 12 hours is like 2mg an hour.

What I do is crush the beads until powdered then dissolve the powder in like 10cc of hot water and wait until it cools then drink it. The hot water will dissolve any small pieces that you couldnt get crushed fine enough, plus then you know for sure that you defeated the time release 100%.
