Analogue. However, the cases against regular civilians who aren't supplying large quantities are rare (seemingly, however they are catching more traction).
My friend got caught with 5g's 2cb an the good 'ol state of arkansas, and he never received any charges because after lab testing it came back as "unidentified substance" for some reason. True story. He did however receive several felonies for many other reasons. This was 6 months ago...

He didn't tell me, but I'm guessing he would have just said something benign like vitamin C, or maybe just refused to answer. He told me they did on the site testing, and nothing showed up (b/c they usually only test for common street drugs).
but either way the "mysterious white powder" was confiscated and sent to be lab tested. He never got his 2cb back, but also never got charged for 2cb specifically. |
