bltc I have been throwing up all morning, and just generaly fealing nauseous with a headache to top it all off. but a couple of minutes ago when I had my first cig of the day I instantly vomited But it was a dark yellow and I havent eaten anything or taken any pills that would make my puke yellow, and when I puked before it was clear. Bltc do you think smoking is causing this? Because I'v been smoking for a while and have never had problems before.

Probably water and bile that you threw up, theres no telling you could just be sick. Drink some ginger ale and hope for the best.

I feel way way better now that I took a nap, But I'm afraid to smoke again.

sounds like you've got the flu buddy. it's going around big time around my area right now as well. cigarettes often amplify the feeling when you're feeling nauseous.. your yellow vomit was bile. that's what you puke up when there's nothing else left in your stomache.

There could have been a number of reasons why you felt nauseous before - it doesn’t necessarily have to do anything with smoking.

Although on second thought - I have heard some to get extremely nauseous if they smoke alot and haven’t eaten anything for certain period of time... so that could have possibly been the reason.

One way or the other, -why don't you just quit the cigarette altogether, all it’s doing is destroying you body…

And if you smoke natural herbs like marijuana get yourself a decent vaporizer.

And smoking natural herbs every now and than (pipe, joint, blunt...) is not as bad compared to cigarette smokers who will smoke packs of cigarettes throughout the weak.
