Me and a friend both have a bottle of robitussin and we just wanted to know if 150mg of DXM is enough to 'feel' it? its the first time for both of us, and erowid and a DXM calculator says that it SHOULD get us to 1st platau so i just wanted a second opinion before we didi it just incase we needed any more. Well, going back to Erowid (I've never done DXM before), it says that 200 - 300 mg is a medium dose. I imagine you'll feel something, but I guess it depends on a lot of other factors you haven't provided: weight, height, age, etc.

Like I said, though, with 150mg you'll feel something; however, it won't be how it's meant be be experienced.

Stop being scared your not going to die, drop 350mgs your first time and you might have fun if you dont care about feeling like shit the next day.

You're going to want to eat a little before you drink all that, but don't over do it. Have fun with these lower does whilst you still can because after you reach a certain point, you just need more to get anything out of it besides annoyance. IF you start out low you can stay low for a while, but if you start with high does, there's no going back.

Don't plan on sleeping while you're on it. You will either have some really fucked dreams or you won't even be able to sleep.

Never take less than 300mg.

Take at least 240mg it will not be too intesne for you to handle.

150 mg will have you pissed you didn't take more and you will barely experience anything. To get the basic feeling you should take at least 240mg. You'll feel like your kinda high and kinda drunk and you MAY have slight euphoria.

You probably won't get to the 3rd with 450mg..
