Sasha & Digweed - Northern Exposure.

Not an album as much, but a mixtape: regarded as the best ever made.

I really hope someone else here has witnessed it's beauty and depth.

I know this is a bit unrelated but my drug dealer friend told me that one of the best things to do with E if you are stuck at home is to just watch the visuals for windows media player all night to trance and techno all night.

Pink Floyd Sucks. They Had To Spend Years In A Recording Studio Just To Keep Fixing Albums Before They Released Them And They Ended Up Sounding Like Crap Anyways.

But Here's A Few Albums Good Anytime!

Looking In By Savoy Brown
Green Onions By Booker T. And The Mg's
Cruising With Ruben And The Jets By Frank Zappa + The Mothers (original Vinyl, Not Reissue Remastered Cd!)
Girl You Know It's True By Milli Vanilli (6x Platinum?)
Disraeli Gears By Cream
James Brown's Funky Christmas By James Brown
Happy Nation By Ace Of Base

Texas Flood And Couldn't Stand The Weather And In Step By Stevie Ray Vaughan (awesome Guitar Solos, Since He Was The Best Guitar Player)

Enjoy...

That sounds rather pathetic and a waste of a roll. I would just save it for when I can go out and find some lady friends :) imo.

But alas, as of late I have been listening to The Decemberists when stoned.

A lot of people are hating on Pink Floyd but can't seem to come up with anything better other than ""OMG OTHER PEOPLE LIKE IT, IT SUX!!11"" So the fuck what?

When are you dumb 10 year old rebellious faggots going to get it in your heads that although yes, some Pink Floyd is overrated it doesn't mean they weren't one of the greatest bands in history. I can't name another band which has put out as many songs I like as much as Pink Floyd.
example:

Dogs of War
One Slip
On the Turning Away
Sorrow
Arnold Lane
Brain Damage
Set the controls for the heart of the sun
See Emily play
The Gnome
If
Mudmen
Money
Sheep
Shine On You Crazy Diamond
Wish you were here
Another brink in the wall (1,2, and3)
Astronomy Domine
Exhoes
Hey You
Keep talking
Time
Fletcher memorial home
Comfortably Numb
Us and Them
In the Flesh
Mother
Goodbye blue sky
One of my turns
Nobody home
Run like hell
Have a cigar
Welcome to the machine
What do you want form me
Speak to me/breathe
Interstellar overdrive
Wearing th einside out
Lost for words

etc

Thats just a partial list of my favorite floyd songs, and 95% of their other songs are excellent. I don't know of any other bands that have put out as many songs I enjoy (stoned or not) as they did.

New Moon by Elliott Smith.

This is also the greatest album for sobriety.

I can't say enough good things about Elliott Smith, except he was a crack addicted alcoholic junkie that was down most of the time and ended up doing the most selfish thing he could do... and in such a brutal way.

But that music has changed my life, no doubt.

RIP Elliott Smith

Whoah! quote for truth!!! I love see emily play (though I have never heard it done by pink floyd) I know it from Bowie's pinups album that my dad forced into my head since a young age (have come to LOVE bowie) and little did I know that it was a pink floyd song... and I have never really thought about it... but I recognize MANY of those songs and know that I enjoy at least 5 more than see emily play...

I still think elliott smiths music ranges so much, and says so much that means something to me... that I can't deny that he made the best music ever!

Also, the smiths are FUCK-ING FAN-TASTIC! they are so ... witty and hilarious... satirical and honest! And their songs can easily be related to... pick up the mixed album "heavier than bombs" it's fucking amazing... and I was sad when it was the only one in the store by the smiths... and it was a mix... but I am horribly satisfied with it now!

Hell... this isn't about drugs very much... but those are two of my very favourite albums, and of course I enjoy them just as much, if not more when I am intoxicated...

DRUGSDRUGSDRUGS
KETAMINE IN MY FACE!!!!!!!!!!!

Fuck... sorry.... I don't care actually this is totse... I can post 100 times if I WANT!!!

So yeah... Fuck World Trade by Leftover Crack is another one of my all time favourites for drug use... mostly for lighter drugs like weed and ketamine (intoxication wise, ketamine isn't that crazy for me) or even opiates really.

It is ska/punk/metal I guess... but I just love it, lots don't, that's fine... I think it is magical!

/posting for a while.

Blind Melon's self-titled album is a favorite of mine. It's a shame their lead singer was another screwup who OD'd, Blind Melon gave classic rock a glimmer of hope in the era of shitty grunge music.

Word... his music has changed me FOR THE BETTER, if you could see me right now, you would realize I am not a 'scenester' but a 'stoner' with impeccable taste in music and fiiiilm.

(also, if you are just an elliott smith fan, that hates scenesters who love new moon because it NEW! ... then please know that I own just about every album aside from roman candle and have the basement B-sides and the place pigalle demo's. And I have loved his music for years!) and if you are just one of those people that can't understand his music and classify it as "emo" then please picture my freshly wetted (your mom) pen0s flopping around on your face... fuck you!

I hate Pink Floyd because they suck, not because a bunch of assholes listen to them...which doesn't really speak well for PF . I digress:

Dr. Dre- 2001
Raekwon- Only Built 4 Cuban Linx
GWAR- America Must Be Destroyed
Cannibal Corpse - Eaten Back To Life
Wu-Tang- Enter The 36 Chambers
Grateful Dead- Terrapin Station
Primus - The Brown Album
Carcass- Heartwork
Bob Marley- Reggae Hits Volume 2 [i like all of his stuff, but I especially like the older recordings]

I guess it depends on what I feel like that day.
