How do you lessen the shitty aftereffects? Not the headache-there is no headache, only on certain people, I mean the sick gastrointestinel shit. Where your stomach hurts, and you have a general feeling of feeling bad for the next few days.

Anyway to lessen that without reducing the trip?

Can't really help you with your first question, but I can help you with the second one.

I have never heard of any deaths from shrooms (except death by OD), so make sure you're not over-doing it, especially if this is your first time. Moderation is key.

Second off, make sure your source is reliable, you don't want toxic shrooms. :p

no, I know the trip outweighs the nausea, for when your doing it that is.. when you come down-the next day, you don't feel too good. I'm asking how do you reduce that.

Much like reducing the hangover of alchohol the next day by taking 2 advil before you go to sleep and drinking water.


And I still don't know why people have "fear" on this drug...this drug is so amazing it just makes you go "WOAH!!!!!" to everything around you-then again SWIM was in some huge meadow right by a cliff in beautiful nature as it began to rain alittle... So SWIM had the absalute perfect environment for this drug.

Although when SWIM just began to cry from thinking about SWIM's past, that's when it began to rain...so it was really cool trippy... and SWIM realized that right when it started to rain too-so you can still keep logical control over your body, just not that much over your mind, actually if anything-things make more sense and gives you mental clarity... SWIM used to smoke weed too, but for some reason, shrooms repaired all of the damage from weed-the memory problems, mood changes, everything. SWIM is now better then new..lol

so anyway, I noticed it gives bad gastrointestinal disturbances, and it also made SWIM's head start throbbing here and there, and become really red.... SWIM was probably tripping on the color and it made it seem SWIM was more red then he actually was..but the physical effects weren't enough to keep SWIM from the MINDBLOWING mental effects that were profound.

Another thing, SWIM also noticed you feel like throwing up after about 20-30 minutes when the effects start but swim held it in..is that normal? Then again it is poisen..

Did you eat them on an empty stomach? That seems to give people the nausea. I didn't fast and my trip was out of control so fasting didn't really affect the trip and I didn't get the bad side effects.

As to the fear comment, one might have fear when they took three eighths of a strong strain of shrooms their first time in a basement with the lights off, thus leading to 13 hours of pure insanity and hellish out of this world hallucinations and experiences.

Ahhh that after effects are pretty neutral, what is your deal are you eating or some shit with them(i did a bit). I threw up and i felt better afterwards. Then the next day i just felt like i was mentally cleansed. Even when i had a bit of a headache/eye strain, i muched on a cap and it just made my head feel nice and "open" so to speak, no more pain.

And die, noooo unless someone picks poisonus shrooms, or they have some kind of severe reaction, like bringing out a latent mental problem.

I just feel slightly nauseous during the trip(not that bad...just kind of annoying, like a papercut) and take a HUGE shit the day after.
