Set the bong down CAREFULLY and out of reach. Get someone to take it from you. first time I did sally d I remember clearly setting my bong carefully on my dresser, when it was over the bong was laying on its side far away from were I had left it.

Hold the hit for 30 seconds, NO LESS. More if you can. Having someone count is always nice.

Keep in mind that if done properly you'll achieve an unexplainable sensation Not "Oh, cool, look at the lines waving around, that bed looks like its moving man," but more of a....no one can explain to you what it'll be like.

Ya Salvia is a VERY weird drug...I keep coming back to it though. That is what I don't understand. Not in an addictive way, just to explore it and see what it can do for me.

Don't do this w/ friends, maybe a trip sitter if you need one. If you are going to salvia land, it's probally best you do it w/ a sitter. My first time was w/o one and it went bad.

Salvia grows naturally here in Mexico. Good herbal stuff isn't that expensive here if you know where to look.

my friends were taking salvia hits outa the plastic bong for our gas mask, because we didn't wanna fuck up a good glass piece, and I worgot and packed a gas mask bowl. I ripped that mask off so quick once I tasted the salvia, I hate that shit. I guess all im trying to say is that if your smoking out of a gas mask bong make sure you put a few bowls of weed through there before you mask it.

Do an extraction... Put 10g in acetone stir it loads and let it sit for a while then put it in the freezer. Once the acetone is -0c filter it and put it back into 1g of leaf to get 10x extract.

Putting it in the freezer reduces the amount of lipids and resins soluble in the acetone making the finished product less gunky and easier to burn.

Well actually I use 1g of leaf material from the product that has been extracted to keep everything a nice round number but I guess if you really wanted to be picky and use 1g of fresh leaf material then yes it would be 11x...

You guys are making this way more complicated then it has to be. First, you don't need a torch lighter. I have broken through many times on regular old bic's, just hold the flame on it good, not like pot. I have never tried smoking it out of a regular pipe, but I am sure it would work too. You don't have to hold the smoke in for 30 seconds either, just hold it till you need air then let it out. And I can usually make it through a half hit or a second one before it gets too wierd. And also, dont worry about a trip sitter or going ape shit and breaking your bong. I mean I never do it with a sitter, and I just sit the bong down in front of me and it works out just fine.
