Alright I just got my wisdom teeth removed today and I was given pills that say TEC-3 on them. Bottle says RATIO-LENOLTEC #3 30MG. It says underneath that acetaminophen comp with codeine. I haven't taken any of them yet. If I were to to take about 5 would I get a good buzz off the codeine?

5g of APAP should be fine.

They sound like Tylenol 3's. I would say take 150mg, but instead take 120mg and 25mg Diphenhydramine to combat the itchies. Hope you have little to no tolerance, or else it's nothin' time.

Just do a CWE, read up on it a bit but its not exactly difficult. Literally just dump them in water shake a few times and filter. As long as the water is >20c and >100ml you wont pull much APAP but almost all the codeine.
